The questions that decide it
- Real machines in real racks β 5 data centers on 5 continents (Northern Europe, Oman, Ethiopia, Paraguay, Texas). The trial exists precisely so you can watch one work before deciding anything bigger.
- From the mining pool toward a wallet only you control β save the address once, withdraw on your schedule. We hold no keys and no coins; that's the architecture, not a policy.
- One recurring thing: electricity β hosting and maintenance are inside the same daily rate, billed from a prepaid balance you top up on your terms. In your agreement this appears as the Hosting Fee (hardware) or Service Fee (packages) β same thing.
- From the live fleet β ~24 hours. Your own delivered unit β typically within 30 days, exact window at checkout. Either way, output then arrives on the pool's daily settlement cycle.
- Engineers are on site 24/7 and repairs are handled meters from the rack. Coverage runs the full 36-month term on Cloud Infrastructure; 12 months on Hosting, extendable at checkout.
- Two ways to run the same machine: MAX around the clock, ECO only in cheap-energy windows. You switch from the dashboard as the market moves β the full arithmetic lives on its own page.
- Your call, four ways: extend, trade in toward a newer model, sell back (case by case, at then-current market terms), or take the machine home. Do nothing and it simply waits in storage β it never becomes ours.
- Cuverse hosts mining hardware in its own and partner data centers. The key locations are Northern Europe, Oman, Ethiopia, Paraguay, and the United States (Texas). In addition to our own 5 data centers, we work with 12 partner facilities located in the United States, Canada, the Middle East, and North Africa.
